$6.6 million in improvements slated to begin in Oct and scheduled to be completed by October 2012. Improvements will re-route the front entrance road around the parking lots so that visitors do not have to cross State Route 664. The project also includes the addition of Bus Lanes, and deals with environmental issues being caused by the run-off of the current parking lots. Improvements are sure to create and improve the continual interest in the park and the Hocking Hills area.
