New Starter Procedures at the Hide-A-Way Hills Golf Course

PROCEDURES

The Golf Course is a tremendous asset for Hide-A-Way Hills and in particular for all of us who play golf FREE. In addition, a specified group of our family members also play golf FREE.

We are all accustomed to checking in at a golf course Club House signing in and going to a STARTER to begin play. This is a universally accepted procedure. HAH has had the same long standing sign-in rule which requires all persons who want to play to enter the Club House and sign the Registry Book. On May 27th we will add a STARTER on weekends and holidays. Nothing you would not expect at any other course.

1. All Members must sign-in at the Club House Monday - Thursday. On Friday – Sunday and on Holidays Members must sign-in at the Shelter with the STARTER by showing their MEMBERSHIP CARD. The STARTER will issue BAG TAGS which must be attached to each golf bag and displayed in plain sight. If your family member/s do not have a card you can acquire one from the HAH Office.

2. All those WITH OUT a MEMBERSHIP CARD are required to PAY A FEE TO PLAY. They will need to go to the Club House and pay the appropriate fees. Before play they must present their receipt to the STARTER and sign-in. The STARTER will them issue a color coded BAG TAG which must be attached to each golf bag and displayed in plain sight. Bag Tag colors will be randomly rotated to prevent inappropriate use.

3. Security will patrol the course randomly to check for the “color of the day” BAG TAG.

4. Rules on who can Play Free and who is required to Pay a Fee to Play are:

PLAY FREE (with card)
Grand Parents
Mothers and Fathers
Sons and Daughters
Spouses of Sons and Daughters
Grandchildren
Long-Term Tenants
Permanent Guest

FEE TO PLAYBrothers
Sisters
Brothers-in-Law & Sisters-in-Law
Aunts
Uncles
Cousins, Nephews, Nieces
Anyone else not on the PLAY FREE LIST



NOTE: Members in GOOD STANDING and their family members listed above have golf course privileges.

ONCE AGAIN, ALL THOSE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY FOR FREE MUST HAVE A MEMBERSHIP CARD READY TO PRESENT OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE CHARGED A FEE TO PLAY.
