According to the Horticulture Asset Management Company, Inc, your trees, shrubs, and garden landscaping are appreciating in value. HMI states the replacement cost of an average tree can run in the $20,000 range.
I'm not sure what that would mean for the average lot in Hide-A-Way Hills, but trees are certainly an asset to any property.
